Tyler is a Ph.D. candidate in American politics and political theory at the University of Virginia. He has also served as a fellow with the Bradley Foundation, UVA Democracy Initiative, and the Common Sense Society. Tyler received a B.A. from Morehead State University, where he studied government and history, and an M.A. from UVA.
